When I put in a new contact the name in the File As box displays First Name Last Name and I can't get it to display correctly. Is there a default button under Tools, Options that a person could set back to default?

When I send emails to several contacts, all their email addresses show up. I used to have Outlook 200o and it would only shoe the name I had each contact listed as, not their email address. How can I hid their email addresses

I'm running Outlook 2003, it came with BCM, but I did not install it. I am also using SharePoint where I have both a Contacts folder that is local and a separate Sharepoint contacts list.
