It's seems MSN mesenger and OE are linked in some way.. When I am signed on
the MSN messenger, all those show in my contacts (which end up being
temporary duplicates because I have them perm. added anyways.)
is there a way to un-link messenger from my contact list??

Okay..I found something in tomsterdam.com that seems to perhaps deal with
this, but I am not computer saavy enough to follow it... (talks about the
.wab, etc)
Anyways, I have four identities setup in outlook express (ver 5.00.etc), and

I have just started using outlook I was using outlook express before. So my
question is , how can you save addresses from your contacr list to either a
floppy disk or a CD-R because I can only see the folders in outlook when I
try to save using import/export in outlook. TIA

Is there any way to share an address book with out haveing and exchange server.  I'm running windows XP home and have multiple e-mail address so I use profiles to seperate them.  Maybe some third party thing that I can use I really just want to bridge the contacts.

I can send msg to a 'Contact' ONLY by selecting the
contact from the lit.  If i key in the full address or key
in the name and allow Outlook to search the contact list
and return the formatted name in the Addressee line, the

I just configured a new computer with 2002 Office XP.
Part of the new setup included dropping my old

Is there some way to search distribution lists in Outlook
(either 2002 or 2003) for a specific contact, either by
name or email address? Or is there some other way to make
sure you've identified every distribution list the contact
