I need to find a utility that will allow me to compare duplicate contacts
from different folders, choose
what fields contain correct data, and then merge the contact information
together. I am trying to stay away from exporting to excel, cleaning up the

We just updated our contacts and have some contacts with
more than one email address.  If a contact has additional
emails then they appear repeatedly in the address book

Is it possible identify contacts as a priority in BCM as can be done with tasks?  I would like to have a column on my view that identifies importance (high, normal, low) for the contact relationship.

Outlook 2003 w/ Business Contact Manager in a Server 2003
& Exchange Server 2003 environment.

I recently upgraded to Microsoft Office XP and from
Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002 on my office networked
computer. When I go to new email and hit the "to" or "cc"
or even the "bcc" to get a name/email, nothing happens
