I am trying to import a text-delimited file into ACT!5 to avoid a lot of
manual entry and then want to import that into Outlook ( to ultimately
then merge into a new Palm o/s 5 handheld ).
Problem is, since I loaded the Palm desktop, when I try to import into

Has anyone had an issue with opening business contacts
with a message "array index out of bounds"?  or "The
custom form could not be openend"?

I have one user sofar who's contacts are crashing Outlook 2003 and restarting the application.
We are running Exchange 5.5 on a NT4 Server.  Everytime she wants to create a new message and selects a contact in her contacts list (not the GAL, she can access that just fine), Outlook ...

When you use categories to do mass mailings (using the By

Contact) - is there a limit on the number of contacts that
can be added in this way? It seems to work fine up to a

I have created other Contact Folders which have contact
items. I have placed these "sub" folders under Contacts in
the folder list. However, when creating a new email and I
click on the "To..." to pull a contact, these folders are
phone # format in outlook 200318 Feb 2004 11:07 GMT1
Outlok 2003 automatically formats a phone as +1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx. Can thi
formatting be changed? I would prefer xxx-xxx-xxxx. This formattin
takes up less space when I synch with my palm.

I'm trying to export my contact list to a file and am getting an error message stating that my translator is not installed.  I no longer have the disk to reinstall the translator ... does anyone know if it is available online for download?  Thanks.  Please email me!!  HELP!!!
