Obsolete email addresses appear17 Feb 2004 22:25 GMT1
I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002
(now running under XP).  When I enter names for new
messages that I compose, Outlook finds addresses
(obsolete email addresses) that are no longer listed in

Business Contact Manager Import/Export17 Feb 2004 19:59 GMT2
Seems like BCM kills the File| Import from another program feature.  Help
files implies it's still there, but it is absent from the menu until BCM
uniinstalled.

Vcard / Notes Field - Outlook 200317 Feb 2004 19:31 GMT3
From reading the posts it would seem that by "design" the Notes field is
excluded.
However, when looking at the contents of an exported vCard from Outlook 2003
it contains the Notes field and the data associated with the Notes field.

typical for Outlook 2003?
Thanks
Contact list problems17 Feb 2004 16:08 GMT3
I am using Office XP and I have a question. If the
contact list is showing correctly, how do I get Outlook
to check my contacts list before any other global
listing? This used to be easy in 2000.

You said in reponse to previous question that "DLs may not
be such a great idea." Are there alternatives in Outlook
for managing email to work groups?

Importing  Outlk 2000 address book from old drive to new17 Feb 2004 03:33 GMT1
This is driving me crazy. The Outlook 2000 import/export
function has options for importing address books from all
programs except itself. Personal folders (.pst files) are
no problem, but not address book (and presumably contacts)
