I installed BCM at the same time I installed/configured Office/Outlook 2003. No new icons showed up for BCM, no new menu functions for BCM appear in Outlook. The help file and tutorials are there, but there's nothing inside

Does anybody know of a way to change the format of dates in Outlook 2002? Currently when I enter a date such October 9, 1978, it automatically reverts to Mon 10/9/1978. I would like something like 09-Oct, preferably without the year. Any suggestions? Thanks people,
