I understand that Outlook 2002 discontinued the use
of "Net Folders".  I don't know why.  What is currently
the best third party software out there that will allow

I have created multiple custom forms in Outlook XP.  I know there are
utilities for exporting custom fields, but have not evaluated them.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I installed BCM at the same time I installed/configured
Office/Outlook 2003.  No new icons showed up for BCM, no
new menu functions for BCM appear in Outlook.  The help
file and tutorials are there, but there's nothing inside

I am having a tough time transferring the address book
from an old computer running Outlook 2002 to a new
computer running Outlook 2002.  No problem transferring
