I have an error in my contacts folder that is rather strange. I can update existing contacts, but cannot add or delete them. I have exported the contacts to a .pst, but cannot re-import them into the folder.

Hi helpful responders, i am using Outlook 2000. When i look at the contacts from folder view, i can only see a handful of the addresses i have entered, but when i view it from the Tools->Address Book->Contact i can see all of it.

I use Outlook 2000 and synchronize my contacts with my Palm M100 PDA. It appears that the Palm will not accept all of the phone number fields from Outlook because it can only handle a certain number of fields (5 fields max?).

In version 2003 had clicked on Contacts and created new address folders under Contacts. Then at a later time had gone into Contacts and deleted folders. Now when in Contacts folders are gone.
