I have an error in my contacts folder that is rather
strange. I can update existing contacts, but cannot add
or delete them. I have exported the contacts to a .pst,

Hi helpful responders, i am using Outlook 2000. When i look at the
contacts from folder view, i can only see a handful of the addresses i
have entered, but when i view it from the Tools->Address Book->Contact
i can see all of it.

When I receive email from someone for whom I wish to add to BCM's
Business Contacts list, I find I have to do a long process:
1. right mouse click on the email address in the email
2. save as an Outlook Contact

I use Outlook 2000 and synchronize my contacts with my
Palm M100 PDA. It appears that the Palm will not accept
all of the phone number fields from Outlook because it can
only handle a certain number of fields (5 fields max?).

We are using Outlook 2000.  On Outlook 98 their was an
option to check, that would automatically save any sent

I can't find a newsgroup for BCM so I'm posting here.
I want to be able to mailmerge using BCM (which I can do...no problem
there)...however, I want to select address's according to postal code and
merge only these selected address's (not every listing that I have) then I

In version 2003 had clicked on Contacts and created new address folders
under Contacts.
Then at a later time had gone into Contacts and deleted folders.
Now when in Contacts folders are gone.

I'm trying to move my Outlook Contacts from my PC to a
laptop.  Both have 2003.  I'm using a CD-RW.  The
contacts seem to export properly onto the CD, but when I
move the CD to my laptop's disc drive and try to import
