I have Outlook 2003. My friend has Outlook 2002. I export my contacts to a file and then when I try to import them into his Outlook 2002 it says "cannot recognize the file format". How do I save my 2003 contacts in a 2002 format?

Hi - We have volunteers come and enter contact info, plus we want them to use standard categories ( specified by myself) How can I ensure they get the same list that I see on my outlook 2002. We have Exchange 2000 and SBS. Many thanks
