 I can't get the address book.  When I forward something
or want to send a new e-mail and click on the  "to"
or "bcc" I get the window that says "cannot contact LDAP
Directory Server.".    I can get the address book by

When I open my contacts listing I have multiples of the same contacts. Why is this happening and how can I rectify the problem. I would appreciate any help.

My contacts have business faxes associated with them.  
When I click on the address book when creating a new e-
mail and i bring up my contacts it lists the name of the
contact and his e-mail, then under it lists his name

I backed up my contacts list from Outlook 2003.  When I
try to read the PST file in Outlook 2002, it can't open
it (version incompatability).  Is there a way to convert
the 2003 outlook PST to 2002.  I no longer have access to

I have to send an email to 25 different people.......My boss wants me to set up the email where only the person opening the e-mails address appears.  I thought of BCC but that won't show their email address.......HELP!!!!!

I have Outlook 2003.  My friend has Outlook 2002.  I export my contacts to a
file and then when I try to import them into his Outlook 2002 it says
"cannot recognize the file format".  How do I save my 2003 contacts in a
2002 format?

I want to read emails that come into Contact in a particular way.
When I click the Formal Tab the options are all "greyed out".

My counterpart moved outlook from one computer to another
for a client.  In the move, the client has access to the
contact list and all the information I can find out says
that the address book is based on the contact list.  But

My Outlook 2003 collects emails for five email accounts
and Rules automatically place them into dedicated folders.
But on arrival, each new email is displayed twice.  When

Is there a possiblity to copy categories (used in my
contacts) to an other user? Now, we all make our own list
but we want everyone to have the same list.

Hi - We have volunteers come and enter contact info, plus we want them to
use standard  categories ( specified by myself) How can I ensure they get
the same list that I see on my outlook 2002. We have Exchange 2000 and SBS.
