I used Outlook 2002. I have gotten into the habit of right-clicking on an address in an email message and selecting "look up Contact" to bring up the Contact form that contains that address.

My outlook has quit initiatiing reminders of birthdays or any other dates in contact fields. It might be becaue all dates are entered as day/month/2003 and it is now 2004. How can I change outlook to remind me of these dates every year?

When Sending a e-mail to a contact you type a name in the to Dialog box it brings up a name and I need to remove that email address and she has the right e-mail address in the contact

I would love to know if anyone has any information about copying one year's worth of appointments from Outlook to a cd for safe keeping ie TAXES. I would like to be able to save last year and remove them from my computer. Is this possible? How? Thanks!
