I'm trying to export my contacts to Excel and receive this
error message: Microsoft Outlook cannot start the
Import/Export engine. This feature is not currently
installed. Would you like to install it now?

I am creating mail labels from my Microsoft Office XP
Outlook Contacts list via mail merge.  I want to include
the field "job title" in the address block or as a
separate line.  However, mail merge does not list the "job

When creating a new email message the address from the
contacts list do not show up in the To:, cc: or bcc: drop
down list - help reseting

I'm trying to find only contacts that include Florida addresses in my contact list and print them.  I can use find and get the contacts however I'm not sure how to go about printing.....does anyone have an easier suggestion

My e-mail address Book lists my Contact names
alphabetically--but with first names first, last names
last... Thus Ann Smith is listed under A, not S.  
How do I change it so it's last name first...?  I thought

I have created a distribution list in Outlook 2002.  In
the "name" field, it only lists the name of the list.  
Can I set it to list the individual members of the list
and their addresses?

I recently installed XP-Pro on a customer's computer as a second
operating system. He dual boots 98s SE (on C drive) and XP (on D).
He uses Outlook and hot syncs his email with it.
He already had a problem in the 98 installation in that all his contacts

Hi Guys,  We are a non profit and send out a weekly newsletter to 1000
addresses ( broken up into 99 emails in each of 10 categories). Originally I
used categories but Outlook 2002 appeared quite slow mailing them plus I had
to manaully copy and paste all the addresses to each email ...

new PC has been added to the group, with outlook 2003 and it doesn't seem to

I am using Outlook 2002, trying to format and print my Contacts DB onto 3 x 5 rolodex cards, I don't seem to be able to find the template or tool to manually format, any suggestions?

Can someone explain to me what the 'IM address' is. I use msn Messenger but there you use a .net passport id which in my case is my hotmail e-mail address. I can imagine that you fill in that address in the IM address field, but I am not sure.
No clues in the knowledge base or ...
