All of my contacts with faxable addresses list in the
address book separately with email and fax listings.
How can I turn off the fax part of it.

Hi everyone, I want to ask you to help.

As you know we have problem business fax number and email address appear in
address book twice.

I need to export Contacts that are all Categorized by Company Name.  As Per my understandings, I will lose those categories once I export and import contacts to another computer.  I need to keep it categorized.  Please Help...Thank

Please, can anyone advise if and how to calculate a contacts age for a contact. Birthday tracking is great but it would very helpful to see the contacts age. Also, could a report be run of contacts above , below or between certain age criteria?
