I want my contacts to be the same as my address book and to get synced when one gets removed how can I do this currently if I make a change in contacts it will not get updated in Address book.

Our company only has five client machines with Office 2003 with BCM, 4 of these machines are laptops running Windows XP, and we give those users local admin rights, so we have never noticed anything weird with BCM until this past week.
