When I try to compose an email, I get a message asking
for my permission to allow someone to use my address
book.  Also my Outlook does not recognize my profile. We
run a synch program (Intellisync) from Yahoo with our

How can I get the contacts and address book to display the
same information.  I have people in my address book that
do not show in my contacts display.

It seems to me I used to be able to have (1) PST file on a shared drive that
2 (or more) different computers could access.  The purpose is we have one
generic email address and I want 1 to many workstations to access it.  As
one workstation deleted a message - you could see it ...

I have seen many people post sort of similar questions to mine - but no
complete answer.
When I initiate a new email and click "to" and browse down to "contacts" in

Hi I need to maintain two outlook contact folders, one is
a sub-set (sub) of the other (the main folder).
The sub contains contacts which I can used to sync with
my mobile phone.

I want my contacts to be the same as my address book and
to get synced when one gets removed how can I do this
currently if I make a change in contacts it will not get
updated in Address book.

Our company only has five client machines with Office 2003 with BCM, 4 of
these machines are laptops running Windows XP, and we give those users local
admin rights, so we have never noticed anything weird with BCM until this
past week.

I cannot seem to find an easy way to convert my old contact records into the Business Contacts File.  Any Ideas?  I cannot even find any reference to it in the help sections.

I've designed and can run a contact form.  
However, when I print it, the section which contains the
information input by staff,  only prints a limited amount
of characters.

renaming the email labels in Outlook 2000. The default labelnames are
email, email2 & email3. I would like to change this to: Email(Private)

into a single email distribution list?  I have about 120 contacts all with
the same category name and want to set them up in a distribution list for

How does one set the defualt number format to (111) 111-1111 when
entering the number in a string of 10 digits.  All I can get is
underline.  Using Outlook 2002 on a win2k machine.

How do I count the number of contacts I have in Cotacts?  
Is there a way to see a total without counting each and
every one?
