How do I copy an entire contact folder to a disk?

Hi, I have recently updated with service pack 3.  Now everytime, I click on
reply to a message in my inbox.  I get this message saying "A program is
trying to access an email address you have stored in outlook"  Then it asks
me if I want to allow or deny.  I have scanned my computer ...

I would like to be able to enter the same comment for all contacts within a category.  How can I do that without having to open each and add the comment?  We have Windows XP.

Hello, I am driving myself crazy trying to export my
contact list to a disk so I can mail the contact list for
my boss to download onto his laptop.  For some reason, my

In Outlook 2002 you could do an e-mail merge, however,
you could NOT send "attachments" using e-mail merge.
Can you now do this in Outlook 2003 ?

Can anyone tell me how to backup Business Contact
Manager?  Normally to backup Outlook I just backup the
PST file, however, I don't think the Business Contact
Manager information is in the PST file.

I have a couple of questions about using Outlook 2000. Is
there any way to share my contacts in a net folder with
out having it on the Internet? Is there a way to just
share it within the office? Perhaps through the LAN? If
