When I receive an e-mail in my Inbox folder, a copy in post form is made directly in the Public folder contact. In the rule wizard there is no rule for this Public folder destination Can anyone help please Nicolee

Have triplicate contact entries in Business Contacts in BCM. Have tried deleting the contact lists, uninstalling BCM and reinstalling it (a couple times;tried importing Outlook contacts and have tried w/o importing Outlook contacts--all with the same result.
