Is there a way to in send an email to everyone in a particular catagory in MS Outlook 2002 [winXP] ? I understand about distribution lists, but is that is the only way to do a large scale mailing? If so, how about an auto update method to the distribution list as I add contacts ...

I've been trying some things with the address book/contacts, but I don't get
it.

I want to share my address/contacts list on a network
with other PC users.  I am not a technical person so I
would appreciate some very simple directions.  Thanks.

If I move my contacts from the contacts folder and import
them into BCM will I still be able to "Synchronize" with
my HP Jornada using ActiveSync ?

I do have my contacts in two folders. When I click on CC when writing a new
mail, the window with the contacts opens and it does show my two folders but
there are no entries although I have 100+ in my contact list. What am I

I've got a lawyer who shares his contact list with 3 secretaries. The

centralize them and share them between the following formats:
Hotmail Contacts.
Cellular Phonebook (Ericsson t616)

Our contact list somehow duplicated itself. We have more
than 1300 duplicate contacts so there are too many to
