I just installed the BCM program.  In order to take
advantage of the various features, must I move all of my
old Outlook "Contacts" into the new Business Contacts
folder?  If so, must I do this manually, one at a time, or

how can I share my Outlook address book with Outlook
Express? I can get to it via Word but in OE I go to
TOOLS>ADdRESS BOOK and see nothing but an empty address

When I try to do a lookup of a name from the contacts
list  I get the message "Outlook could not find the
requested contact".

an employee. Said employee may only view the top level
folder "contacts" but none of the folders within.
How may I enable these folders to be viewed?
