I have an employee list in Access that our employee's import into Outlook from the server. Occasionally, employees are added and/or info changes. Re-importing removes any notes or links to journal items or emails

Transferred Address Book/Contacts from MAC OS9 Outlook Express to Win XP Outlook 2002. Although we can see the contact entries are correct, when trying to select address for creating an e-mail it only brings in a semi-colon.
