I'm new to BCM. Is there a way to use it as a tickler for when to call
someone? Do I just have to link the contact to an appointment?

It appears that I had the Forms Cache issue with BCM.  
Unfortunately I was unaware of the published solution so I
decided to uninstall and reinstall BCM.  Uninstalling BCM
worked fine but a reinstall did not work.  There are no

Yesterday I suddenly woke up to an outlook (running on XP
Professional) that had no contacts in it.  It comes up
also with an error message saying that it cant find
the .pst file.  True enough when i go to the outlook

In Outlook I have created an additional 30 categories in my Master Category list. I wish to move this list to a different computer which has Outlook 2003 as opposed to Outlook 2000. How would I do this

Feeling pretty stupid here!  I'm trying to set up a
Shared Contact folder that everyone here can access.  I

i have contacts that do not have email addresses and when
i do a search for the contact, outlook doesnt find it, yet
it resolves the contacts that do have email addresses. I
