I'm new to BCM. Is there a way to use it as a tickler for when to call
someone? Do I just have to link the contact to an appointment?

Something weird happened today with my standard tool bar field for pulling up contacts.  I would type say Bob into the field and it would pull up all contacts with Bob in first name &/orlast name.  As of today, it only pulls up Bob in the first &/or last name if an email address ...

i have contacts that do not have email addresses and when

My mistake.  Got the "read only" attribute changed.  Now
