Is there a way to add a contact to more than one
distribution list at the same time?

Is there an easy way to capitalize all of my Contact names? I would like to the change the form but there doesn't seem to be any way of forcing capital letters.

Is it possible to combine the message (notes) info from
two copies of the same contact record stored in different
folders?  In other words, contact A is stored in both a
public folder and a private folder, and I want to merge

We tried to export/import data from i.e. an excel file via
the new Outlook 2003 wizard into the Outlook contacts.  
Tried it only with 10 itmes so far to see if it will
work.  It then took all afternoon to just import the data

When I used OL2000 I could add the birthday year/date for my contacts and
the program added a birtday reminder event in the OL2000 Calendar.  I now
use OL2003 (converted from OL2000) and I can't see that this function is
working in the program.  Anybody knowing how to maintain this ...

I am running Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003.  When I create a new
message and begin to add the user's name it pulls up an auto-complete, but
it's the correct name but wrong email address.   I noticed that I had
several contact records for that person so I deleted all of them ...

Just wondering if it's possible in Outlook 2003 to take a
Public Folder Contact group and create a link to it in
the Contact folder.

Hi, I have a little problem with "Subject field". For my necessity
want to edit this field from General Outlook Contact Form, it's to
quickly. I edit the "Form Structure" and add from "All Contact fields
the "Subject Field". But it's not editable!! It's in Read Only Mode

to create my own distribution list from this email.  But I don't want to add
