can anybody tell me why my outlook express can not send any of my outgoing emails?  actually my office outlook can not do it either.
the error information is as below

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002.  When sending an email and the
select names box comes up the contact list is sorted alphabetically by
first name.  Is there any way to change this to sort by last name.

I spent a long time adding names, email addresses etc
into my 'contacts' in Outlook 2002.  But when I click on
the 'To' button in a blank email it shows that there is
nothing available.  How can I sort it so that it is all

If I import a file containing Primary Contact into Accounts, this contact
does not get associated with the Account even if the contact that I want as
a Primary Contact exists as a Business Contact in the database already. Any

connection. 2 of the computers I use on  a regular basis and pick up e-mails
on both. Is there a way I can synchronize the contacts list on both
computers (like with a pocketpc)
