In the past, before I installed this version of XP & Outlook, I have found (somewhere) a setting that, once enabled, caused any email recipient I sent mail to to automatically be added to my Contacts. I am unable to find this setting any longer

How do I send group email to my contacts and keep the emails private.  My contacts don't want their email addresses shared and I was trying to do a bulk mailing of the same subject to my contacts with out showing the email addresses.

My client is running Outlook 2003 and SBS 2003 w/ Exchange
2003. When they "drag and drop" contacts from the company
public folder into their local contacts, Outlook does not
prompt to overwrite or update the current contact info.

Is there a way to have more then one follow up with the same contact.  We
can put a contact in more then one "category", how do we do this with the
follow ups? Some of my contacts I have to send letters to and some of the

Outlook 2003, MS XP.  When someone calls me i takes notes from the
discussion.  It would be helpful to be able to quickly put a time/date stamp
in the Contact database for that contact (where you can type free-form
notes).  Anyone know how to do this?
