Im having problem in syncronizing contacts, especially when it comes to inputting multiple phone & mobile numbers
For example, John works as manager and has
1 Business phone
1 Business fax

I am trying to print my full Outlook Contact list and I
seem to be having some difficulty. The problem is that it
is printing all info from some contacts but partial info
for others. Is that normal? How can I fix it? Please help.

When I try to send an email from my contacts list in
Outlook 2003, the Display name is listed twice or three
times and I have a problem diffentiating whether the
display name refers to the fax number or email address or

when I click on contacts I get message "cannot display the
folder" in the view window.  I can find individual
contacts by typing names in the search window.  Any ideas
for displaying all contacts?

Situation: Death in family of one of co-workers.
Requirement: Send to all employes in Distribution list
except that person.
Is there a way to do this easily?

address book not working

I have one user (out of 5) who has occasional problems
changing e-mail addresses in Outlook 2002.  We are all
running Windows 2000 Profesional and have Office XP
Professional.  All updates and patches for Win2K and

I wish to move my contacts folder into an Address book.  I looked at the emails from Drew Tappan 01/07/04 and tried to do what Russ Valentine said.  When I tried this, I cannot find E-Mail Accounts under my Tools
Is there something different that has to be done in Office 2000 NT

I've just installed a Outlook 2000 on a new labtop and
want to move my contacts from the old machice.
On the old machine, when I click File from the menu bar
within the address book, I see the Import and Export
