Outlook 2002 says the Outlook Express address book is empty even though it is full of contacts. I cannot get Outlook to read the Outlook Express address book and use it. Outlook keeps insisting on using its own 'Contacts."

Sorry, forgot to include version. Outlook 2002 When a Contact name is dragged to the Inbox, the contact is moved to the Inbox instead of a new message being created. Help!
