Fillings File As field with Email Adresses06 Apr 2004 23:00 GMT1
I have imported 500+ email addreses into a contact folder. They filled to the "eamil address"  field but I also need them to fill the "File As" field so I can get them all into a distribution list
Any easy way to do this

I recently installed Service Pack 3 on my notebook running Office XP.  I
also have a Dell Axim 5 pda connected that synchronises with Outlook.
I have noticed that, since the installation of Service Pack 3 on the machine

I have recently upgraded to Office 2003 and lost the
capability to input and display Chinese characters in
Contacts of Outlook 2003. Old entries in Chinese are
garbled and any attempt to switch to Chinese in the

We have migrated addresses from GroupWise version 6 to
Outlook 2002.  Addresses are then copied into Outlook
Contacts.  When addressing a message, Outlook

When I send an email, I click on the "To" button to get the Address book

since upgrading to office 2003:
When exporting contacts to a mail-merge document in Word
(using label format), I chose the "mailing adress"
