In Outlook 2003 when composing a new message, once you click on the To: button my contacts appear and it also lists fax numbers.  I want it to show only e-mail addresses.  Is there any way to do that?

I'm having some difficulty in reliably getting
information from the correct Outlook 2002 address book
under Word 2002.  I have set up an "Insert Address"
command to the Word toolbar.  I have set up "Contacts" to

I have a user who has another staff member's mailbox added
to his folder view, and he can view/edit everything fine.  
However, when he sends a new e-mail he would like to be
able to browse the contacts of the other persons mailbox.

I installed Office/Outlook 2003 on a Windows 2000 machine
and copied my .pst file to a folder.  I opened it and
everything worked until I tried to open my address book.  
I had two sets of contacts so I deleted the address book
