My contacts list does not appear when I click on the "to"

In Outlook 2003 when composing a new message, once you click on the To: button my contacts appear and it also lists fax numbers.  I want it to show only e-mail addresses.  Is there any way to do that?

I'm having some difficulty in reliably getting

Is there a way to change all of my contacts "file as" info at once?  Perhaps
an external tool or something (freeware)?
I want to change all of my contacts to be filed as Last Name, First Name

I am using Outlook 2003. I have set the default "file as"
to company for adding new contacts. I am importing a csv
of my contacts and was hoping this would add the records

When going to send a new Email, I go to the pull down
menu where the "Contact Folder" shows more than three
times giving error messages when opened. There is only
one of the Contact Folder that has the information

How can I distribute my address book to others on my
network.  I don't want to have them typed in individually.

I have a user who has another staff member's mailbox added
to his folder view, and he can view/edit everything fine.  
However, when he sends a new e-mail he would like to be
able to browse the contacts of the other persons mailbox.
