I recently upgraded to MS Business Contacts in Office 2003. It has corrupted and crashes regularly and now no longer loads with Outlook. My questions are:

Contacts in public folders opens correctly. However, Outlook hangs whenever I try to expand the view of a contact in the public folder. I have no problem expanding the view of a calendar in the public folder.

MS Office 2003 contacts are listed last name first, however when clicking on new message it lists them first name first, can i change this to last name first? Thanks for all your help.
