When I want to send a new e-mail to someone and click on the "to:" to bring up my contacts it gives me several options for the same contac. ie e-mail, fax, phone ect. How do I set outlook to just display the e-mail address

When sending a cc, I want to be able to select senders from my address book. The pst file holding my addresses is not an option. It only shows the default Personal Folders/contacts selection.

If I try to add a new contact or look at the Outlook properties I get a "Outlook experienced an error......Send report/don't send report". I've tried so many things to get this going. I can add a distribution

how can i see a list of my email addresses? Most all programs i.e., AOL you can have a list of all emails. Contact info should have an option to File As email.

Hello, for some reason the Public Contacts folder is now read-only for everyone on the network. Here's what happened: 1. A user moved the Public Contacts folder (by dragging it) to her machine (by mistake).

A long story short... My address book is now showing my contacts by first name last name. When I click the To button on a new email, I see the same view. But my contacts folder has then displayed by last name first name which is what I want. I've looked all over but can't find ...

Hello, I'm trying to make several folders under the left-hand-side Contacts window. I cannot figure out how to drag contacts into these folders. I am trying to clean up a 429 contact list by grouping contacts into folders, such as:
