I am trying to import my address book from my Palm
software.  My system tells me I need SR1 Professional to
add the application needed and that it wants a CD or
disc. I have already installed SR1 on thew system but it

I have a mjaor problem in synchronising my Nokia Communicator 9210i contacts with outlook. There seems to be no means to map fields & as a result, if I create a note field or additional fields in my Phone contacts, I loose them in Outlook. please help!!!

I exported PST files of my three contact folders from
Outlook 2000 and successfully imported them into Outlook
2002 on another machine.
On my original machine all three contact folders were

I successfully imported an excel file that was saved as in a csv
format.  Or at least I thought it was successfull until I tried to
create a distribution list using the new contacts.  When the Select
Member Dialogue box appears my names are there, but when I add the

I see how you can change the default way names are displayed (on new entries) & how to change them individually, but is there a way (other than one at a time!) to make a global change so all contacts are displayed First Name, Last Name?

I recently switched from O.E. to Outlook.  I imported my
address book, but the addresses are in Contacts only.  My
address book is blank.  A previous response to a post told
me to "add the Outlook Address Book to your mail profile"

I have two different PCs with Outlook 2000 SP3 installed.  
I store info in Contacts on both.  
On one, the address book supports all the email addresses
for a contact, and asks me adress which to use each time

I cant drag V-card from an e-mail which was genereated in
pre 2002 outlook, I can an error that something is not
recognized. I just noticed the vard contacts are not

Names in the Palm are Last name first ....Names in the
outlook 2002 for xp are in as first name then last...how
is that? I want to keep it consistent. Even after I

I would like to ask you if you know how to correct my problem. A message says me that anything is trying to access to my personal adress book, and it ask me if I want to.
I always say no, but it is every about 3 minutes
