When I sync my Ofc 2000 contact database with my new
Kyocera smartphone, I end up with one too many characters
for it all to come up on one line.  MS outllok contact

I have an annoying problem :( I'm using Outlook 2002 and I am syncronising e-mail, contacts and so on with a Smartphone. When I type a telephone-, fax- or mobile-number in Outlook it automatically enters a space between every two numbers. "39965432" becomes "39 39 54 32" ...

How can I stop Outlook contacts bracketising a phone
number I enter. It seems to make the assumption some of
the digits are area codes.

we have some software containing contact information. I have loaded the
information into Access to scrub it before loading the data into Outlook
Contacts.

It's been a while that I don't see my contacts folder in address book, only
see those global list. I went to properties of contacts folder, try to
enable the option"show this folder as email address book", but it is
unavailable, it is unchecked in grey.

I am noticing that the "displayed name" for some of my
email contacts seems to be changing on me.
