Have a client that wants to move journal entries from one

is there a way to keep the privat contacts updated with the contacts in the public folders?

When viewing activity tab of public folder contacts, user can select columns for view.  Some public folders keep settings others do not.  Is there a logical reason behind this?  (Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003)  Thanks
