Is there some type of plug-in or tool that will automatically build an org chart from your Outlook contacts in Powerpoint or some other program? I would like it to pull the data from the fields in Outlook to create such an organization chart. Please advise, David Payne

How can it be that some of my contacts receives my mail twice, even though I have only sent the mail one time? I have distributionslists and wonder whether the system takes the name automaticly twice from the system?
