Is there some type of plug-in or tool that will automatically build an org chart from your Outlook contacts in Powerpoint or some other program?  I would like it to pull the data from the fields in Outlook to create such an organization chart.

How can it be that some of my contacts receives my mail
twice, even though I have only sent the mail one time?
I have distributionslists and wonder whether the system
takes the name automaticly twice from the system?

I have a machine running Outlook 98.  There is the regular
contacts folder and a folder marked as an address book
with contact information.  My question is when we click on
the "To" button, the contact information from "Contacts"

Hi, I am trying to resolve an issue we have with a 5
