Hi,
Is there anyway when you click the TO: or CC: button and
access your Contacts or Public Folder Contacts to pick

I am new to my company and I am running Outlook 2003 on
Windows XP 2002 Professional, Service Pack 1.  Whenever I
try to send an email and I click on my "To:" button to
access a contact in my address book, I get the following

Had to re-install WinXP and Outlook.
I located the *.pst files under the old username.
ie.. Docs and Settings/User/Local
setttings/Microsoft/Outlook.

When I import a .txt, .xls, or .mdb file into a folder I create under contacts, none of the information shows up when I look in the address book??? But I can go under Contacts in the Navigation Pane and see that they are there. I have right clicked on the Folder and it is checked ...

I have mispelled and old or bad email addresses that keep
getting suggested when I type in an address in outlook

I have a computer running Outlook 2002 and when someone forwards a contact card to that computer, for some reason when the message is opened it's not displayed as a contact card but rather as a message, therefore not letting me add it to my contacts as I've done in the past on ...

Hi, I'm using a company laptop and it's running Lotus
Notes and Time & Chaos. I have asked if the company minds
if I install MS-Business Contact Manager or MS-CRM
instead for much easier mail merges, contact mgmt, etc.

Tried importing a small Act 5 database into Outlook 2003's
Business Contact Manager, but...
1. All my custom fields just bulk-imported into
the "Comments" section.
