I am new to my company and I am running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP 2002 Professional, Service Pack 1. Whenever I try to send an email and I click on my "To:" button to access a contact in my address book, I get the following

Had to re-install WinXP and Outlook. I located the *.pst files under the old username. ie.. Docs and Settings/User/Local setttings/Microsoft/Outlook.
