With "contacts" open, in the e-mail address field, I see
the email address with underlined names instead of the
actual address. I need to see the actual email address

I'm using Outlook 2002, and messed up my Outlook Address book.  The address
book used to show Contacts twice on the drop down.  One was empty, and the
other one had my real Contacts.  I decided to remove both, and to just add
the real one.

My contacts are in my contacts folder, but when I attempt to email someone I get a message stating the contact email address is "not recognized".   The email addresses are correct, they pop in automatically on the "To" line, but then I can't send an email.   Does anyone know how ...

How do you eliminate duplicate contacts in your contacts folder after you have sychronized with Pocket PC.  I should have about 5000 contacts instead I have over 12000 contacts?   This is not something to be done manually.
