I want to add Contacts to my Address book in Outlook
2000.  When I get to the Show this folder as an email
address Book check box, it's grayed out.  Contacts show up
in Outlook 2000 but not in the address book.

When I begin to enter a name in the 'to' field it gives

I am a delegate to one of my colleagues and I can send

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003.  
In the previous version of Outlook, the program
accomodated sub-folders within the main Contacts folder.
Outlook 2003 only recgonizes contacts in the main contact

contacts folder and replicate it to all other users
