I want to import address to outlook 97 using window 98.
I choose import a file and destination is the "contacts"
folder.
Then it said:

In Outlook Express, all entries go into the 'Main Identity's Contacts'
folder.  If I move an entry into a sub folder, it still also remains

Is it possible to delete entries from this folder but still keep them

I have this strange occurance happening with contacts.
When you highlight a contact the select from menu bar ACTIONS, NEW LETTER TO CONTACT, it opens word then inserts the following details.  You will notice that the name appears twice

In some address lists you can begin typing a name and the program finds the
progressive letters as you type. I can't seem to make that work in Outlook.
Is there a setting for this? Or is this not an option in the program?
