In Outlook 2000 I was able to set which of my address

I have a list of 20 email addresses sent to me in an email.  I want to put
these addresses into a Distribution List.
Is there a way to do this by copying all 20 addresses and putting them in as

I had the problem that, when I clicked the "To:" button to address an
e-mail, both e-mail addresses and fax numbers appeared in the list. I know
that one method of removing the fax numbers from this list is to put text

Eudora Pro can have address in different groups.  Each
group has its own name like ABC.  However, "ABC" group is
not in one file, but in 2 files: ABC.toc and ABC.txt.

Want to merge based upon contact category. e.g. all saved
