Anytime a contact has both an email address and a fax

I transfer contact information from cardscan 5.0.2 to outlook contacts.  Cardscan has a field for extensions; but I do not see a related field in outlook contacts.  Is there a way to create one?

Receive error message when trying to export contact list to excel.  The error message states "microsoft outlook cannot start the required translator".  I have tried reinstalling XP, and still receive the error message.  Any ideas?

I just installed Office Professional Edition 2003 and
everything seems to work correctly except for the
contacts.

I have a number of sub-folders below my primary contact
folder.  Whenever I e-mail I cannot find the contacts in
the sub-folders.  How do I retrieve those?
