Anytime a contact has both an email address and a fax number listed in the fields, when I enter the name only into the 'to' field of a new email, it always forces me to choose between the email address and a fax number.

I transfer contact information from cardscan 5.0.2 to outlook contacts. Cardscan has a field for extensions; but I do not see a related field in outlook contacts. Is there a way to create one?

I have a number of sub-folders below my primary contact folder. Whenever I e-mail I cannot find the contacts in the sub-folders. How do I retrieve those? Thanks
