I am trying to create envelopes and labels using my

I was just told by a Microsoft technical support person
that Microsoft doesn't support edits or deletions of
email addresses that have already been created and either
appear in one's Contact list or default appear when you

I had entered  contact names on my computer into Microsoft Outlook.  I exported these contacts onto a disk and save them as a .pst file.  I then took the disk to another computer, clicked on the file menu, clicked Import and Export.  Clicked on Import from another program or file ...

I had a colleague that mistakenly went into the Tool, and then Email
accounts of an outlook XP client and went into the view or change
address book options.  Within there ,the client highlighted the
outlook address book option and then clicked on change.  Inside of

When I click on "To" in a new email, I only get a partial list of people from my Contacts.  How can I make sure all of the email address that are in my Contacts folder are given to me as options when I click "To"?

I grouped my contacts into several categories and when I
send an email to an assigned group.  The recieved email
lists all of my contacts under the to: column which
allows them to view everyone I send the e-mail to.

Is there a way to not list everyones name or email address
in the 'To' line.  I have about 300 contacts that I email
in bulk for work .  I don't want 300 names on the 'to:'
line.
