i have Outlook 200. When i want to create a new contact, an existing contact opens up. A new form does not appear. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know how to make a pst file from outlook 2003 compatible with outlook 97? I think the 2003 is unicode which cannot be read by the 97 version?

How can I use ActiveSync 3.7.1 to sync my contacts in Outlook 2003. When I go to "Options" and "Contacts" and click "Settings" it doesn't see the various contact groups I've got set-up on WinXP in Outlook2003.
