Can I add an email sender's address to contacts easily?  
Will the program do this for me automatically?

I was wondering if i can send my contact information to
another person via email so that they can use it on their
computer and than put it onto a pocket pc?

when I enter a new contact into a category, even tho I
have selected "file as" as my first criteria, it adds the

as Address Card so I have to go on the View menu /

We are using Outlook 2000 (sp1a) and have seperate

The flags in emails work fine, but when I try to flag a contact, the flag
type field is unavailable, its grayed out, not there.  I have the outlook
book and funny enough, the picture regarding how to set the flags, the field
is not shown as available in the OL 2003 book by microsoft ...

My data base has 834 contacts in it.
