when I enter a new contact into a category, even tho I have selected "file as" as my first criteria, it adds the new contact at the end of the list instead of alphabetizing it. Any help?

The flags in emails work fine, but when I try to flag a contact, the flag type field is unavailable, its grayed out, not there. I have the outlook book and funny enough, the picture regarding how to set the flags, the field is not shown as available in the OL 2003 book by microsoft ...

My data base has 834 contacts in it. Most of these contacts were created in Outlook 2000. I moved them into Office- Small Business Edition 2003 on this laptop.
