Shuts down when I click in the dropdown box to search for
a Contact.

I am getting an error that the "exporter is not
installed", my windows 2000 CD is damaged & can't be used,
anyone know of a download for this?

If I am trying to find a contact and I know the city but don't remember the
name of the entry can I search for it by city or area code? I can't figure
out how to do this.

When I open Outlook I also next have to click on "Send & receive" to
get my new messages, how do I get rid of this step, in Outlook Express
as soon as you open it , it also downloads messages and puts the in
Outlook Express.  Bob

When we open up/create a new email and click on the To
button, all of the contact information is shown,
including home phone numbers, fax numbers, etc., when all
we want to see is the email address.  How do we change

I just got a new computer and the contacts in my Outlook
are all there, but when I create a new message now and
click "to" to get my list of contacts, nothing appears.

I am attempting to transfer my address book from my old

I know that you can open each DL and see who the members
are, but is there any way of noting on the contact's
details that they are members of different DL's?
