If I am trying to find a contact and I know the city but don't remember the name of the entry can I search for it by city or area code? I can't figure out how to do this. Thanks in advance.

When I open Outlook I also next have to click on "Send & receive" to get my new messages, how do I get rid of this step, in Outlook Express as soon as you open it , it also downloads messages and puts the in Outlook Express. Bob

I have set up various distribution lists in Outlook 2002. I know that you can open each DL and see who the members are, but is there any way of noting on the contact's details that they are members of different DL's?

I have made a category called family with a number of entries in it. Is there a way to convert this group of entries to a distribution group? Or is there a way to make a new dist group and bring in entries from a particular category?
