I am getting an error that the "exporter is not
installed", my windows 2000 CD is damaged & can't be used,

If I am trying to find a contact and I know the city but don't remember the
name of the entry can I search for it by city or area code? I can't figure
out how to do this.

When I open Outlook I also next have to click on "Send & receive" to
get my new messages, how do I get rid of this step, in Outlook Express
