I upgraded from 2000 to 2003, pointed to the correct PST but now the contacts are only listed under the Contacts button and are not displayed in the address books under the group.

I installed a new Dell with outlook 2003 and copied the previous outlook.pst to the new system. I then started Outlook and the exited and deleted the current (empty) outlook.pst. Then I opened Outlook and directed it to the previous outlook.pst that I had copied.
