However my customer has 2700 contacts in his addressbook

My hard drive crashed and will not boot up, but I can
still retrieve data from it.
I need to know know where Business Contact Manager stores
contacts and what type of files they are.

I upgraded from 2000 to 2003, pointed to the correct PST
but now the contacts are only listed under the Contacts
button and are not displayed in the address books under
the group.

How do I obtain Business COntact Manager add-in for
Outlook 2003?

I installed a new Dell with outlook 2003 and copied the previous
outlook.pst to the new system.  I then started Outlook and the  exited
and deleted the current (empty) outlook.pst.  Then I opened Outlook
and directed it to the previous outlook.pst that I had copied.

I have copied the Outlook.pst file from my old computer to my new computer, in the same location as the default outlook.pst file on the new computer.
The trouble I now have is that the contacts do not show when composing a new message after clicking To... button.  (But they do ...
