Is it possible when using Exchange Server, If you enter a Email adress in a
Contact which is on your global address list that it shows the email Address
instead of the mailbox name? I ask this since My Smartphone's Software does

Using Outlook 2002
I am new user to Outlook and have several questions as I

I added a new email address for someone in my address
book.  I deleted their old email address and it no longer
appears in Contacts nor does it appear in the address
book.  Both names still appear when I am typing in the

I'm using Outlook 2002. In the old version, I could go to the contacts list,
and in the Select Names box, I could clik on the email addrsss field and it
would put them in alphabetical order with the email groups listed first.

Have shared contacts to other users with Exchange, but other users do not
have access to those contacts when they are forwarding or replying to e-mails
