contacts.  Outlok would not start with old profile?

How do I get all my old and new contacts to be listed as "last name, first
name"?

I am using Outlook 2000 and have several hundred contacts
that I have discovered are marked as private.  How do I
unmark this group of contacts?

I have a folder of emails received, I would like to be able to retrieve the
