We have about 100 Outlook clients and would like to use a
company-wide Master category list.
Is there a way we could set a list for all the users to
use in a centralized manner?

When others send me their Vcards in Outlook the file comes
across with an added extension of "vcf.DEFANGED-XXXX"
When I try to open or save the vcard, I receive a message

In order to share my Contacts with my wife, who has her own account on our
computer, I exported my contacts to a .pst file. I checked 'no encryption'
when performing the operation.
The resulting .pst file will not attach to an e-mail message, and if I burn

Sporadically when I enter a new contact the name gets
reversed in my address book.  For example, I enter Mr.
Wally Smith and in "file as" window it shows Wally as the
last name and Smith as the first name.  It alphabetically

Can you get rid of the "+" sign in front of the phone
#'s?  When sync'd with my phone, the phone wont dial
because it's not a real number.

ISSUE 1
We are trying to organize our address book to show last
