We have about 100 Outlook clients and would like to use a company-wide Master category list. Is there a way we could set a list for all the users to use in a centralized manner?

Sporadically when I enter a new contact the name gets reversed in my address book. For example, I enter Mr. Wally Smith and in "file as" window it shows Wally as the last name and Smith as the first name. It alphabetically

Can you get rid of the "+" sign in front of the phone #'s? When sync'd with my phone, the phone wont dial because it's not a real number.
