I am trying to export my contacts from PC Outlook to Mac Entourage.  
How would I do it?  Is it at all possible?

When filling out a new contact form - I enter a fax number

I lost my entire contact list, except the two groups I had.  I had been
working with winfax pro trying to import a different contact list, which is
still there.  I had an older version of the contacts on a second computer
which is networked and it is gone also.

The Vcard "Activities" tab reveals all past emails etc and the contents of
these are revealed by double clicking.
Can the person who receives the Vcard also reveal these emails or are they

Recently I upgraded one of my clients from Outlook XP to 2003.
