i upgraded my outlook 2000 to outlook 2003 and now all my contacts are gone. and i had somewhere like 200 people on the contact list. is it gone for ever or are they just hidden?

OK I am looking at the KB Q287561 and I am a bit lost. I have (for instance) 25 contacts in my current view. I have created a special table view of only the Full Name, Company and Mailing Address.

Outlook2003 - In the Address Card View you can enter a letter on the last name and be taken to that group. i.e. Press W and you are taken to the W's. I have a user for whom this ability has ceased operating. Any thoughts or suggestions.

I have Outlook 2002 and I have many contacts. I have Distribution lists that I created from ACTIONS, NEW DIST LIST. Then I click SELECT MEMBERS and add them from the Contacts listed in the upper RH corner beside "SHOW NAMES FROM THE".

i am referring to the problem of a custom contact form not being found with the workaround being deleting the files/folders in the Forms cache folder. until the next time it happens. has this been fixed in office 2003 sp1?
