I really need help.  I sent a request yesterday, but no one was able to help.
Hopefully someone will be watching today who can.
We are using Outlook 2000.  We have a "Shared Contacts" folder that is
accessible to all members of the management team.  When we type e-mails,

Is there anyway to send a mass email and have each person see their name and
attach some files to the email?  This is not spam,  this is for my job.

I have exported a .pst file from my contact list in
Outlook 2k, to import into Outlook 2003. I have folders
under the Contacts Folder which house my contacts for
different companies. I would like to set up a

an office computer running Outlook 2000. (Why - bacause Outlook 2000 would
not read Outlok 2003 pst file.)

I am trying to backup my contacts to floppy in outlook
2000. Outlook is not my default email program yet. Just
now setting it up.  Still using OE6.
But when in Outlook 2000, in address book, under file,

We are running SBS2003, Exchange,etc. I have public
folders setup. In the public folders, there is a contacts
folder called Public Contacts.  When I add categories to
the Master Category List in this folder, my users cannot
