I have created a New Contact form template (.oft) by editing the
standard "New Contact" form and want to use this template as the
"standard" contact form.  Can anyone tell me how to do this, so that
when I click on "New Contact", the new form I have created comes up.

I want to add contacts into address book in Outlook 2000. I've tried doing
the following :
- Right click contacts and select proporties,
- Select the 'Outlook Address Book' tab,

I use Outlook 2003 and for some reason the "file as" field is not appearing
for new contacts that I enter.  It only shows a pale gray highlighted field
