I have created a New Contact form template (.oft) by editing the standard "New Contact" form and want to use this template as the "standard" contact form. Can anyone tell me how to do this, so that when I click on "New Contact", the new form I have created comes up.

Isn't there a quick, one-step way to "synch up" my Contacts base on my laptop with my master database on my desktop? And shouldn't that also be possible in Calendar? It sure was an easy one-click with my Palm VII.

Can anyone help me? I have a large number of standard contacts that I want to paste or merge into a newly template. Apart from typing all those cards by hand again I have no idea how to do that.

I use Outlook 2003 and for some reason the "file as" field is not appearing for new contacts that I enter. It only shows a pale gray highlighted field with no information in it. My other contacts are still ok and alphabetized properly.
