The only option available is to not create duplicate. Well, how about merge data upon importing? Outlook should recognize that the Contact name is the same & ask which data for each field to use. How about an auto setting that picks the most recently modified version of the ...

I am trying to send my vcard to all people in my contacts using Outlook 2003. So far, I tried mail merge with MS Word. The merge worked fine in terms of generating the message, however, my signature was omitted and thus the vcard as well.

I keep getting an error message every time I try to add a contact or make calendar changes. It says "The messaging interface has returned an unknow error. Restart Outlook." I do that and keep having the same problem.
