How can I change the sort order in the Address Book in Outlook 2002? When I go to View on the menu, all I get is Toolbar. Older versions of Outlook let me change the sort order of the Address book. Contacts list is fine

Until I upgraded to Outlook 2003, I was able to include the sub-headings in my Contacts entries (eg Home Address/Business Address etc) when printing an Address Book (Medium Booklet Style, should that be relevant). Now, subheadings for Full Name, phone number and e-mail categories ...

I imported my OE6 address book to Outlook 2003 and OE Groups have become Outlook Distribution Lists. However, they are empty. Any idea why? Can this be corrected (i.e. the group memberships restored to the distribution lists)?

When I enter the address in a new e-mail message Outlook 2003 obligingly auto-completes the name. However, it sometimes comes up with more than one instance of the name (with a different e-mail address in each case). There is only one instance of the name in 'Contacts', where ...

I have customised a contact form, amongst other things, by adding several fields with the type 'date'. I have other fields that perform the function 'IsDate' on them to see if a date has been entered into these fields. The custom date fields 'pass' this

There should be a way to go to the e-mail link in a contact card and get the white litle hand cursor, click on it and get a new message interface. But what I got it´s a new windows where I can fix any typing errors about the e-mail information. Any hints about how to set this ...
